Privacy Policy

AdvoDock is a legal practice management app for advocates and clerks. This beta version uses phone OTP login and Firebase services for authentication and cloud sync of core app data.

Information we process

Phone number and email used for login/setup.
Client, case, hearing, clerk, fee, and reminder information entered by the user.
Basic app usage, crash, and feedback information available through TestFlight and Apple tools.

Documents

Uploaded and scanned documents are currently stored on the device only and do not sync across phones yet.

Purpose

Data is used to provide login, workspace access, role-based workflows, reminders, and cloud restore for app records.
